Smallsword based on Original (shown centered). This smallsword is based on an original late 1700's Italian officer's spada. The original is mounted to a heavier hexagonal to diamond cross section short rapier blade 32 inches in length. It weighs 480G and is balanced 3.5in out from the guard. Our replica can be mounted to a 30in epee blade (380G total 1.5in POB), or a longer blade Castille armory spada di marra blade. The later is more true to the weapon, however is 100$ increase in price. Shown in the pictures are the two options for grips, a more narrow grip and a heavier wider grip.
